Griselda has been a licensed professional Real Estate Consultant in California since 1987. She has specialized in the sales and marketing of single family residential homes, condominiums, and investment properties in North San Diego County since 1989,

A resident of San Diego since 1988, Griselda was born in Mexico and grew up traveling the globe, which gives her unique appreciation of people all around the world.
The married mother of two children, Griselda is active in her community as a member of St. Patrick Church, and the Hispanic Heritage Cultural Club.
When she is not selling real estate, Griselda enjoys activities and traveling with family and friends.

"My goal in each transaction is to help my clients achieve the goal of home ownership, either to live in or to invest in," Griselda says. "I know the area very well and know the value of properties as well as community information. I work for my clients to find them the best property at the best price possible, and to make the sale or purchase of their home the smoothest and most problem-free experience possible."

"My clients like me and become personal friends because I am honest with them, I have high ethical standards, and high moral values," Griselda says. "I am also sincerely interested in their goals." Friendly and personable, her ready smile shows that she doesn't take life too seriously. However, she is serious about making her clients happy. "I put my clients at ease so they can talk honestly to me and enlist my help." As an indication of her solid reputation in real estate circles, most of Griselda's clients are referrals from past clients.
Griselda updates her skills regularly in order to keep up with the current standards in the business. "I can e-mail information on property to potential buyers, offer virtual tours of my listings, and keep in touch continually both with phone calls and e-mail."
